SOLD This raw land tract has a total of 6.993 acres, however, 1.014 acres is in the gravel road. That leaves 5.979 acres of usable land. I do have a current survey on file. There is no current ag exemption, but you can reapply in 5 years after production. Current taxes without exemption are $948. Property does have a barbed wire fence surrounding the entire tract. North portion of property where the galvanized gate it is, is flat land. As it turns and heads east on the south corner, there is a waterway and technically in a flood plain. Property makes an L shape. There is electricity available, however, unsure about water. No current water meter. Neighbors have water. Property doesn’t receive any city services since it’s outside city limits but local water co-op said water wasn’t available.
